House Painters in Mission District
Mix of Victorians, modern lofts, and stucco multi-units.
The Mission is the most architecturally diverse neighborhood we work in. On a single block you can find a painted Victorian, a stucco fourplex, a converted warehouse loft, and a new-build condo — each requiring a different prep and product spec. Color in the Mission is bold by default, and we lean into it: clients here are usually the ones pushing for the most expressive schemes.
We also do a fair amount of anti-graffiti coating work on storefronts and ground-floor walls — a useful spec for clients on busier corridors.
Projects we typically do in Mission District
- Bold color Victorian repaints
- Stucco multi-unit exterior refresh
- Loft and modern-build interior painting
- Anti-graffiti coatings on ground floors
- Common-area painting for HOAs
Local considerations
Sunny microclimate — fade resistance matters more here than fog resistance. Stucco repaints need careful patching of hairline cracks before recoating. Storefronts benefit from sacrificial anti-graffiti systems.
Recent Mission District highlights

- Stucco fourplex on Valencia with crack repair and recoat

Reviews from Mission District
“They handled a tricky loft with 14-foot ceilings and exposed steel without making a mess of either. The custom navy accent wall is exactly what we sketched.”
